Education/Training:
Captain Noble holds a Master of Science Degree in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from the University at Albany.
He has undergone a long and intense training course. This course covered penal law and criminal proceedings in New York as well as classes in animal control and animal cruelty investigation, on both a basic and advanced level. Captain Noble has also been trained in the defensive use of firearms, an expandable baton and OC spray.
Awards:
Captain Noble received an Expert Designation in Firearms Qualification.
Outside Activities:
Noble holds membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He is currently the Vice-President of the Northeast Chapter of NYSSCPA as well as their former treasurer. He is the Chair of the Young CPAs Committee for the same organization.
Outside of his profession, Noble holds two treasurer positions; one with the Family and Child Service of Schenectady, Inc. and the other with local theatre group the Not So Common Players.
Animals Currently Owned:
Noble is the guardian of a Chihuahua named Bradley.
